For those that found the staff to be rude, I completely beg to differ. We all have our bad days, right...' I have a feeling you met them on a bad day as my experience was completely different.
When I first met the leasing staff, I was very pleased. To me, they were very helpful and kind.
I've lived here for a while, and I absolutely adore my apartment. I find this apartment complex to me very quiet and clean. On top of that, there is free use of a hot tub, and an athletic facility in both buildings. Let me tell you how nice it is to just put my work-out clothes on, and hop down two floors to get a good work-out. I don't have to even get in my car!
When we had a problem with our garbage disposal, someone was sent within a few hours. Also, someone repeatedly parked in my roommates assigned spot...and the problem was taken care of the DAY she put the complaint in.
I have no complaints, and I highly recommend this apartment!

Obviously you haven't been to a real gym. (Or you're obviously management). And I don't know what sort of favors your put into the office staff. I never caused any problems and I NEVER got treated well. It would be coincidental that every single time I visited the office, someone decided to have a bad day. Stop putting up a pretty face to get new people in, and start treating your residents that are already stuck in a lease with you like they deserve to be treated.
