Some tenants may have rightly had concerns in the past. I've lived here since last August and I can agree with what they were talking about in regards to the old staff. However, about four months ago new management came on and there is no need for concern anymore. This place is now top notch! I can't believe the changes that have happened in such a short amount of time. I've been noticing renovations going on, a total change in the way the staff interacts with tenants and much needed enforcement of community rules which just makes life nicer for everyone living here. In the past I have paid much more to get the same level of service and accommodations.

Oh, and one of my favorite parts is the fitness room. I expected run down 2nd hand equipment like most apartments have so I hadn't even gone down to the fitness room to check it out. Then my sister suggested I take a look before buying a gym membership. Boy am I glad I did. When I first got here there was a LifeFitness elliptical machine, treadmill, bike, weight machine and boom box. In the last couple months a brand new treadmill has been added to the already great equipment and a flat screen tv was brought in so you can watch while you are working out. And you don't just get the crappy channels, you get lots of good stuff to choose from. The club room is also really nice. Unfortunately I haven't had occasion to need to rent it out, but just walking by it, it looks gorgeous.

Bottom line, don't let the older exterior or poor reviews scare you away. I can see why they were accurate in the past, but I assure you they are no longer. Inside there are some great surprises worth taking a look at. Worst case scenario you've wasted a couple hours out of an afternoon of apartment hunting. Best case scenario you get a nice apartment to live in, in a great location for a very reasonable price.

This REEKS of a management posting. Its really distasteful of you to do this. The fitness rooms are a JOKE. That fitness equipment has probably been around longer than my mom has. If you consider moving here, make sure you're ready to fork over the money for a gym membership at LA Fitness down the road.

Well, Well Anonymous you can not even leave your name ! No this was not a management posting ! You do not know who we are in the office either or you would know we do not make management postings. I ask residents to make their own postings because management learns from criticism. We have added new equipment to the fitness rooms and evidently you have not visited them lately ? Agreed management posting! You must think your tenants are pretty stupid to fall for this but we aren't as dumb as you think we are. Plain and simple this apartment sucks and so does management. I will be moving out I might think of returning to my apartment once mangement is booted back to the trailer they came from.
