Leslie from the front office is absolutely no help at all. She would much rather push off problems onto the newer staff below her. The turnover rate for that office is unbelievable. I can clearly see why. It's all very unorganized. They get back to you when it's convenient for them, which is usually weeks later, after you repeatedly call them. I wouldn't recommend living there to anyone. It was a very stressful situation from start to finish.
