I lived in Conservatory for 2 years and it was the best apartment we ever had. It's a very safe and warm place, which I was proud to call home and where I was looking forward to return to from a day at work.
Staff was always corteous and nice. I liked very much that they received all packages and I could pick them up in the office later.
It is also a very quiet area and apartments have excellent soundproofing. Maintenance was always swift, even on the weekends.
I wish though that there was a central A/C or at least A/C in both rooms, otherwise it was quite hot all summer (we were on the top floor). However, we were always able to cool down by the pool.
The rent is reasonable. However, the management attempts to increase it every time the lease is due, so you will need some negotiation skills.
