I would NOT recommend the Consevatory for anything. just 2 months after moving in the conservatory was sold the richdale group. half of my bathroom ceiling caved in due to a water leak in the apt above me. they took 2 weeks to halfway complete the job and have not repaired the floor of the apt above me still to this day. My ceiling was never fully completed. this happened about 1 month after i moved in and the richdale group told me they would not even give me $ off my rent for the convience nor did they ever finish the project. upon selling the conservatory to the richdale group They fired all of their staff (except 2) with no prior warning and gave them all 3 days to vacate. They did not offer longer time nor did they offer the staff to sign a new lease. Shortly there after i was given the option of either getting evicted or signing a faulty document which also stated that i would never tell anyone about any of the situation. Please let me also tell you it was 3 days before christmas that i found this out and they were only giving me until january 15, 2006. The were trying to evict me for neglegence. Which is no were in the lease. I lost my snake and waited a week to find it and that is why they are evicting me, because i waited a week to tell them. today, they tell me i have 1-1/2 hours to decide if i will take the eviction or sign the faulty document. The refused to give me a copy of my lease until after their 'deadline' for the signed faulty document. I would not recommend renting here aside from them neglecting their maintenance issues the new owners have no heart. one last thing: they are renovating in the spring which means they are uping the rent and the theory of some of the other renters and myself is they are trying to push everyone out that is paying lower rent and move people in to pay much more. I received a move in special and was paying $750.00 for a 2 bed 2 bath. They are not worth more. The parking lot is completely unsafe and has been plowed 2 times at most this year. The richdale group has done nothing around here. Your not the first person they are forcing out and you are not going to be the last. I heard just today that they fired a long time office staff member because they heard she was "looking for another job" and they fired the new manager they hired because her management style was to agressive for the richdale group. I will not be renewing here when my lease is up they want to raise my rent $80.00 a month and gave me promises of a new club house......They should worry about hiring more staff, and a CLEANING STAFF...... they are letting this apartment complex go to dogs.

Yes - the hallways! WhenI had mice, I was glad the hallways were basically coated in cheetos... maybe they stayed out of my apartment b/c there was no food there! The management is awful. AWFUL. Useless. 1 hour ago 'regina' told me she should drop off my move out check list when the office closed (for the THIRD day in a row)... no, did not do it. |

The snake that was lost they should have been thanking this girl not trying to force her out! I hear snake love mice........This place is the pits I wouldn't recommend it to anyone and glad we got out when we did!!!!!
