The last person to post a comment said everything I wanted to say. This place sucks now that there is new management! They fired all the employees and gave them 3 days to move out and brought in their own team. And they are raising everyones rent. Ours will be going up $80, there is no way we are staying here after all these negative changes. We got some paper work in the mail saying that our rent would be going up and what it would be set at. This letter was given to us the same week that we would have to deceide to stay or leave since we have to give a 60 day notice. ONE WEEK! That is not enought time to figure things out. I called in November to see if our rent was going to go up at all after our lease is up and they couldnt tell me anything. I called again in December to see if we had to give a 60 or a 90 day notice to make sure and they also couldnt tell me anything again. Almost every time I have called they say that they dont have that information and give a long distance phone number to someone that can tell me. Why do they have staff in the office if they cant give you information. All they do is give you another phone number to call. That person doesnt even work on these grounds! I am so frustrated with the staff and how they treat people around here. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!

I asked for my 60 day notice 3 times. I called corporate. I received it w/ 61 days left. I turned in my vacating notice, and they had the nerve to beg me to stay. They wanted to raise my rent $180, and I was in a 1 bedroom!

I called many times to see when I had to turn in my lease termination, no one could ever tell me anything. Come to find out that I turned it in 2 days late and now I am getting screwed into paying over $1000.00 for the month of march. When my lease is up at the end of Feb. Hmmm maybe if someone could have told me when it needed to be in I wouldnt have tuned it in late. I am so pissed that I have to pay this extra amount because they couldnt tell me anything. This should not be my responsibilty to pay this when I tryed many times to get the information from them.

I feel so bad for all of us decent people living there. And good luck trying to get into contact with anyone who actually works in the MN office---you simply get passed on to someone working in Guam who has no clue who you are and doesn't care what is wrong with your apartment. They simply say "I'll let someone know" and NOTHING happens. I just don't understand this way of business.
