It was a bad experience managerial wise from the day I started. I started when management was changing and they were horrible. Not only did the new management team argue with us about what the old management team promised us...but everytime they could try to charge for something (i.e. 1 day late on rent) they did it. They also did not give us the referral we were told and forced our friends who lived there into another months worth of rent at a higher amount because they were 2 days late on giving them notice. They also do not shovel the snow. Parking lots and walkways are always packed with ice.
