I lived in the Conservatory for two years. The fist year was great for the most part and I was content. I was promised a parking space in the garage and didn't receive it for a year until I said I would not resign my lease. When I did receive it the space was smaller then average with a pole in the middle of it so I got it at a reduced rate.
When the Richdale Group entered the picture things went down hill fast. Huge communication problems, the new company did not hold true to what residents had already been promised nor can they keep their financials straight. You might as well drive to Nebraska and through a fit in their corporate headquarters lobby if you want anything resolved at all. My old roomate and I are still dealing with some so and so in Nebraska regarding money that had applyed to the correct fee. They had no record of us paying a deposit even though we had proof of the check and it being cashed from our banks to provide them. It is rediculous, I haven't lived there in 6 months and it is still not straight. They just blame everything on previous managment.
Don't expect to see anyone clean the common areas, most often a resident did it in my building because they were tired of it being dirty. I had to threaten to call the city because of a serious water leak that was running out of my electrical box and needed immediate attention. A lot of water and time later it was taken care of after filing a complaint and threatening to call the city on the property.
By the time I moved out in June of 2006 there were cars being broken into and I was afraid to be in the elevator with some of the other residents. As a young working business professional who has enough stress at work you would be better off to skip considering this location. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
