This place is unique. I think I am paying about $50/month more than it is worth. It is the Worst of Minnetonka and the Best of Hopkins.

The staff has been curteous, but flakey and fake. Ryan, he is a very impatient jerk that will juat say anything to get you off the phone. Kathy and Leslie are honest, genuine, but a bit scatter brained.

The place does seem to have a mold problem. The commons areas are not always clean, but the units are solid, and the walls and ceillings seem almost sound proof. I don't hear ANY noise in my unit from neighbors or even people in the hall!

As one of my friends says "This place has SO much potential" which is true. This place could REALLY be fabulous with a little money and time.

I do like that they will let you alter the unit (at your own expense, which is to be expected and totally appropriate).

Over all I would say it isn't bad, I had just expected better. I would recommend this place to first time renters or persons with out high expectations

Additionally, all the staffers are great, well organized and notably geniune. I have never, in nearly 5 years gotten the impression that any one is flaky, impatient, unprofessional or scatter brained. Maybe this person called and was a jerk...or cought someone having an off moment, but seriously; if there is one thing that is completely true about these apartments it is that ALL of the staff is exceptional

it is sad to see the defensiveness from the responses. It is extreemly unprofessional on the staff's part to try and defend themselves in this manner. I was looking into moving here...but most definately not after reading some of these reviews, and more than that, after reading the responses that are obviously from the staff. How unprofessional.
