Peace and Quiet

I initially had reservations about moving here. I was down sizing from a luxury apartment, and began to compare, but in my comparisson, The Conservatory kicked the Luxury apartment's a$$. The walls are VERY thick and private. I live in the dog friendly building, and I have a nieghbor that has a barking yippy dog. I hear it in the hall way loud and clear, once I am in my apartment, I feel like I am in a sound proof booth, no noise from up or down or next to me. I am right next to the laundry room and I can't hear a thing.
I like the fact that if I want to get a dog I just pay the deposit and the pet will be welcome here. The residents seem very friendly, that was new to me as the last couple places I lived in were very pretentious.
Ya know what, this is not a $1,500/month apartment, but if you want a VERY nice, comfortable apartment, with friendly staff; Leslie is amazing and VERY accomodating, Kathy ALWAYS wears a smile, and Ryan is always prompt and very sweet. They show such genuine concern in a very down-to-earth way, Good Management is worth it's weight in gold, I would live in a cardboard box if Leslie, Kathy and Ryan were managing it. Plus, the PRICE IS RIGHT!!!
The Units are HUGE. I think they under measure, becuase the one bedrooms are gigantic.
I like that I am between Excelsior BLVD, and the Crosstown. I am 5 minutes from Uptown and 10 minutes from Downtown,
Thank you! BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
