I would highly recommend the Conservatory to anyone interested in the Minnetonka area. I have lived in many rental properties and will honestly say that this was the best on-site staff I have ever dealt with. It makes living anywhere so much better when you have people there face to face to help you with all your questions and maintenance issues!

My roommate and I lived there in a two bedroom last year, we liked it so much that my roommate chose to get a one bedroom there when I decided to move out of state.

I believe Leslie is a major factor in the way the staff nicely runs the property and why the maintenance staff is literally happy and prompt to come to your apartment and fix any problems you have. Leslie delivered on everything she said she would, from the first time we interviewed with her till now. Everything from new appliances to snow removal! They did not argue over anything we asked to be fixed or updated before move in on either apartment which was very nice.

I am sorry I will miss the new office and exercise/party building, but will think of you all when I'm in Miami!
