The office staff was extremely racist to non-Indian. They worked hard to find a way to steal my deposit by charging a $150 cleaning charge after they refused to allow a walk through. I then asked to be able to go in and clean it since I was paying out my lease 4 months early, but they said this was impossible and that the rent I paid for the months I would not be there was considered a fine and not a payment. Therefore, they would not allow me to go in and do the $150 worth of cleaning. They then re-rented my apartment, something they said they would pay me for since I already paid for these months. I would not recommend this to anyone unless dealing with incompetent office workers and getting riped off is a pleasure. With so many inexpensive places to live, why not go with one that will not take advantage of you'
