My husband and I lived here for one year after marrying before we bought our own house.
Positives: new staff seems more competent than prior staff; parking surplus; beautiful grounds; location to freeways and other necessities.
Negatives: Excessive noice (could hear the neighbor above us urinate daily); apt. was not properly cleaned upon moving in; maintence is hit or miss; management changed things 3 times in one year not to mention changes in utility vendors led to lots of returned checks, bills, and past dues; pet policy is ridiculous.
