When I moved in I had really high hopes for this place. It has gone down hill ever since. A couple weeks ago there was a major robbery. Someone stole a car from the parking lot at about 2-3 in the morning (or so the flyer they passed out said). They also stole 3 TV's from the fitness center and 1 from the clubhouse. Everyone that I have talked to here agrees that they are letting some questionable people rent here as they are having a hard time filling the apartments. About a month ago their were 3 water main breaks in the same week! 2 in the same day! I actually witnessed them trying to fix the first one and then they walked down and put an orange cone over the second one and let it go all night! They denied it when I called to complain and then they admitted that I was right. As a corporate manager for a major fortune 500 company, this did not sit well with me. A couple months ago the main fire line pipes burst in the 2nd floor entry way in my particular building. At one point the fire fighters were afraid that it would collapse. The water went through the floor all the way down to the garage. This occurred right by the elevator. Since the elevator was already filled with water so the fire fighters used it to get water down from the top floors. You would think after all this they would rip up the carpet to get rid of mold, but they didn't. You can see the mold and mildew growing in the carpet. They also didn't replace the elevator. It smelled horribly for a long time and I can only imagine what it will be like in the summer (I m moving shortly!!!) There are so many more things that I could list here. Please be aware that management does not do what they say and does not take care of issues. The apartment is sold as a terrific deal and great, safe community. Not all of their buildings are equal. STAY AWAY FROM 330 whatever you do! I can t speak for the other buildings, but those are what they showed me on the tour. I ve never met a happy resident here, I just hear more and more horror stories. The decision you make to live here is up to you, but please make an informed decision! You ll be glad you did!

That theft really did happen, A friend of mine lives in this community and he was telling me about it a few weeks ago.

Dan and xososia I had very different experience then both of you (ie positive) I have a friend moving into town and was wondering if you had a better alternative to recommend?
