Used to be wonderful until change in management

Over the past couple of years, I have been really pleased for the most part with The Gates in the sense that the customer came first. The old management made you feel like you were a family member and would assist your needs at a moments notice. But, unfortunately there has been a change in management. They are very, very rude and unwilling to work with the individual. They treat their tenants and staff like numbers on a piece of paper rather than people. And, in these trying times with changes in the economy, they do not care about "how" things may have impacted you the person. They are all about the bottomline and NOT the person. With people like this is charge, I would suggest living anywhere but here!!! SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
