I've been in the 110 building at the Gates for 5 months now, and I have not had any problems. The apartment is beautiful and the management have been really great about following up with any issues -I had one door that broke and I called about it in the morning, by the time I got home at 6pm it was fixed.
They are all pleasant and helpful, and apart from small noises I hear from neighbors (which you have to expect living in an apartment!) I have been nothing but pleased.

I do not work for the Gates in any capacity, but I read the other reviews and I was surprised so many were negative when I always hear positive things from my neighbors/friends in other buildings. I guess you have to partially attribute the tendency for people to post only when they're pissed, not when they are happy.
