When I first moved into this place everything was great, office staff was super friendly, apartments weren't the most modern but fine for what I needed. I was assured that parking is not a problem and there is ample space as well as a garage in each building. They failed to mention parking is impossible to get outside during the summer.

Even though there are at least 3 playgrounds kids are always playing in the parking lot and running around the halls and stairs. The parents do nothing to control their kids and let them run around all hours of the day/night.

The walls here are very thin you can hear neighbors talking, screaming, snoring, going to the bathroom etc. The apartments themselves are nothing special although they are very spacious with tons of closet space. Appliances could be newer, but they work fine.

Laundry here is always a problem. There are not enough machines, people take out clothes and leave them on top of machines if not picked up on time and dryers take at least 2 cycles to get clothes dry. .
On a positive note the office staff and maintenance have been fantastic and super helpful with any problems that come up.
