I currently live in Hunter's Ridge. The staff is always really nice and helpful. Children are always playing in the parking lot, running and screaming in the halls, and uncontrolled or unsupervised by their parents. I'm in a studio and it lacks a lot of storage space or closets. The building doesn't have a work out room. Every apartment I've lived in has a storage closet type stall outside of their apartment, this one doesn't. The people who live here are rude and NEVER bring the carts back down to the garage or keep them in their apartments. Every time I go grocery shopping I have to carry everything up in several trips. None of the buildings have an outgoing mail slot. All in all very disappointing and not cheap. My studio is $670 an it's nothing special.
