I am writing this review out of great frustration that you cant expect justice from the aparmtnet management.I was a resident in minnetonka hills from May 06 to Jun 07.My lease agreement stated that I wont be charged for paint and carpet if I lived there for more than a year and if the damage is from normal wear and tear and I kept that agreement.But when I callled up the management for my deposit,they said that I have been charged for painting becuase the walls had INDIAN CURRY SMELL.I have lived three apartment prior to this and no one ever charged for such a reason.There were no stains on the walls when I vacated.It is quite normal that if an Indian family lives in a apartment for more than a year,it would have a smell of indian cuisine.
How can they ever charge me for such a reson'I am taking this to the court not because I have been charged for painting,but due to the fact that injustice has been done to me by charging me for something which I dont have to pay.

I would never rent at minnetonka hills apartment......
