There are a lot of people here who have had a VERY bad experience with Minnetonka Hills . It claims to be a group of CSM Corp who are non professional jerks.
Before you even think of renting the apartment please do check on their lease agreement. Although its seems pretty simple, its has more hidden catches. You would never get your deposit back no matter what, they find faults one way or the other. They have VERY horrible staff and policies. And if you are to break the lease then you are done for life.
