We have had a horrid experience with Minnetonka Hills. We get promised one thing, are given another. We had mice in our second floor apartment twice. Once the weekend we moved in(probably was there all along). And again right before we moved out. For a full review of my bad experiences there please visit www.minnetonkahills.com. Yes I was irritated enough with them that I bought their domain name. I also particularly like how they handled having a break in in the storage lockers in the garage. We'll just pretend like it never happened, the people's whose stuff was taken will come looking for it eventually.
