When I moved in I thought this place would be great. I really liked my leasing agent, and the manager seemed nice, which is a huge plus. After I moved in, the problems began. I had a package delivered, and though it was signed for, actually by the manager herself, it wasn't there when I went to pick it up. She told me there was nothing she could (would) do and that I had to take it up with the delivery company. Excuse me' Work orders have taken WEEKS instead of the promised 24 hours, and the on-call emergency is BS, as my kitchen/living room floor will attest to after my refrigerator flooded and no one showed up. Very nice surprise! I just laugh when I think about how terrible things have been around here the first 4 months of my 12 month lease, it's just amazing how bad management is. How did she get this job!'!'!' Must be related to the owner, who I think needs to reevaluate how he/she chooses employees. And some type of psychological exam would be a great idea. Wow. Off I go to see what she's up to next, maybe she'll light my cat on fire! I'm sure it's on her crazy little list of things to do today. Along with being a total douche.
