Iam staying in minnetonka hills from 2006 february.
Appartments are really good with beautifull kitchen spacious hall and especially with centralised AC and the rent is reasonable for single bedroom,
We are from other country,so when we moved here i was new to us, so I never felt scared or loanely.
My patio doors are towards parking side so i had a nice view.
Parking lot is really good, especially in winter they are so alert in cleaning snow, i really appreciate. and thanks to the managemnt.

The major problem at minnetonka hills is sometimes mantainenece is not at all good, iam not completely blaming on maintainence persons, because sometimes if you see trash rooms they are filled with trash like anything, renters should not put trash bags in trash rooms, if it is filled they can go down and through the trash, but lot of people they are putting trash bags in trash rooms.
sometimes smell is unbearable in walkway.
So management should take care of this thing.
In our gym since 15 months there are no batteries in tv remote, and if that remote contains batteries remote is not in good condition, even TV was fixed in bad position, but now it is fixed properly after long gap.
Management people should arrange some games and parties atleast for kids.
When we complaint about some repairs or for some modifications in flat they are litlle lazy i think.
ultimately i want to say really minnetonka hills appartments are very good, i suggest this appartemnts to everyone.
