I have lived here since 2005. It's not a horrible place, but since I have moved in, I've been trapped in the elevator and had to have the fire department come, and the office has lost a package that was sent to me (and then later they mysteriously found it). Also, if you call the office you'll be told different things by different people. When I called to inquire about a storage locker, one woman in the office told me what to do to get one, then when we called back to register the locker, another woman told us that we weren't allowed to do what we did. Also, something is always broken, whether it be the washers, dryers, soda machine, workout equipment, or elevator. Also, for some reason they have the HEAT on in the workout room, and the tenants are not able to turn it down. Makes no sense. Some members of the office staff are not friendly or helpful at all, I don't know her name but she's a brunette who was just recently pregnant - she'll completely ignore you if you go into the office for something. We are moving out as soon as our lease is up. Just to be fair, recently we had a maintenance issue - we called and it was fixed the same day by a friendly guy, so that was good. Also, the woman who does the cleaning is very good and she's friendly. Other than those things, I can't wait to get out.
