My husband and I just renewed our lease here and I now know we made the right choice. We looked around-but there's nothing out there that offers a better location and a nicer place for the price. I don't know how many apartments there are here, but not that many-which means we get alot of attention from the office staff and maintenance. Our neighbors are nice, but keep to themselves, which is also nice! It is a pretty quiet building.And we live right across the street from Ridgedale Mall, which is very conveniant...sometimes too conveniant! Anyway-our apartment overlooks some pretty trees and our electric bills have been pretty reasonable-even last winter when it was pretty bad. The one thing is there's no pool here, but we have the Y right across and go to that.
