I've been here a few months already and other than an issue with a thoughtless upstairs neighbor, it has been great! (Which, by the way, the office staff responded immediately to take action!) There was a kid that lived above me that I swear never 'walked'...he jumped, and stomped and it was loud and annoying. But they have since moved and I never hear the new person walking around at all.
The area is fantastic! Peaceful, wooded, and close to Lake Minnetonka. Everything you need is close by! The office staff is always friendly and helpful. I can't understand the negative feedback given about them, as I've always found them to be pleasant and willing to serve! The huge laundry room with tons of machines is awesome! Never have to wait or fight for the dryer! Lots of amenities to enjoy and community functions to attend if you wish. I haven't spent a winter here yet so I can't speak about the heat. Keeping fingers crossed on that.
They have updated the lighting and faucet fixtures and it looks great! I would highly recommend Stratford Wood Apts!
