Seeing the first comment about this community was hard to see - as it completely distorts what this community is about, it?s about families, it?s about safety and having great neighbors. All of which I have and I live here at the CLIFFS!
I?ve had nothing but good experiences with the caring management staff. While the apartments are not "new"...whatever issues that arise are taken care of in almost always an immediate manner.
They?ve come to the table fairly whenever I?ve had a question about this or that. I re-signed my lease for only one reason...the manager.
I would rate this place a "5" because where are you going to go where something doesn?t happen - that?s just a part of living.

I am writing on behalf of a former tenant of The Cliffs. She was severely burned by scalding hot tap water in July 2007. I am investigating whether The Cliffs' management operated the hot water system responsibly. If you had concerns about the water being too hot, I would appreciate hearing from you.
