I have lived at the Cliff's for a little over a year now. When my roommates and I first moved it we were very happy with the property. The staff seemed very helpful and nice. A big plus for us was the exercise room with the treadmills. About four months after being there the treadmills were not working and we had to go to the other building which only had one treadmill and was usually in use when you wanted to use it. Yet, the outdoor pool during the summer provided tons of fun. It was nice just to sit out and tan or take a quick dip during the summer months. At times it could be quite busy, but it depended on the time of day. The new renovations are excellent and provide a much needed improvement to the property. Only until recently has the noise started to be a distrubance with the tennants below us turning up the base on their music and still continues even after asking them repeatedly to turn it down and calling the office. It is just uncalled for. I have noticed the types of people renting have changed and the younger, louder residents have seem to become a larger part of the community. The price is somewhat affordable, and the free cable is awesome.
