Please don't move in here Pathetic Management and Maintenance

We moved in here 2 weeks back .The day we moved the A/C broke and after repeated calls they told that it will take 2 weeks to repair it. It was 85 degrees inside the house. When I talked to the Manager she is telling me to open the windows and try .If thats the case why do I pay 1200$ a month and live here.I can as live on the pavement.
Ok and so after without A/C now this week it has become really cold and I thought Ok atleast the heater will work and Guess what No.....The heater too doesn't work.
And when my husband went and talked to the Manager she is saying that if u are really not satisfied I can release u from the Lease .Who the hell will pay the moving costs'
I have lived in apartments in California and Indiana and this the most patehtic and inefficient management I've ever seen. I think they sit just thinking that all the Maintenance problems will just go away by Magic and that they don't have to do anything.
They dont even have the sincerity to check the house for problems before renting it out.
So even the apartment looks good and all u r fine until u have a problem and after that U Are Screwed.
So I wud suggest to think really hard. If u have another option better go there. If u are desperate and don't have any other choice move in here.

I toltally agree with the above person. I am living there right now paying about 1200/m. Maintenance is very very poor and manager is kind of rude. They are now disconnecting the free cable which was advertised as one of their free amenities-- even for the residents who are in the leasing period which is totally unacceptable. May be some one should file a law suit against the management.

I totally agree...the maintenance is HORRIBLE!!! It takes FOREVER!
