Cliffs was the best place I ever lived. If other think that this is not so good place...then probably they haven't experienced the real apartment living. I had to move out because of re-location to CT. I have lived here for 18 months and my over all experience was really good. I have friends who still live in this apartment. Regarding the office staff, colleagues of mine who live here did complain about them, but my experience with them was always the best. Even the maintenence staff is really good and above all, they are very corteous.

If you think this place is bad, try talking to someone who lives in an apartment in east coast and you will feel that Cliffs is like heaven.

Following are the plus points I can give:
- Fabulous maintenance of the apartment interior and exterior and when I was there they renovated the entire interiors.
- Workout place in each building.
- Very good maintenance staff.
- Hassle free moving in/out (I am not sure about others experience but, they accomodated almost every small request I made during my move out, especially Paula was really helpful).
- Flexible leasing terms.

And I am not sure if these freebies are still there...
- Free heat
- Free heated garage
- Free cable
- Free water
- Free bus service to downtown
