I moved from out of state and I looked online to view this complex. When I arrived the apartment and amenities that I had requested were not in the apartment that they had given me. Luckily they had another apartment that had the amenities, but at a higher cost It took me 10 months to get a copy of my lease and that was only after multiple phone calls and finally standing in the office while they made a copy.

Living here was good, except for the maintenance. I have had issues with the refrigerator twice which they did fix within a reasonable timeframe. The windows did not open and so far they have only fixed one of them and I have asked for this for the past 6 months.

Recently after a snow storm the ceiling fell down in the bedroon. It has been over a month now and after at least 7 phone calls and talking to the manager it is still not fixed. Every time it rains/snows, the ceiling peels a little more and the water stain spreads.

The complex wants their rent on time or they will charge you $50 for every day you are late, but they do not ensure that the apartment is liveable.
