This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The service is horrible. You can ask for something to be fixed and wait forever. The people in the office will always say "someone will be in this week" or somebody will be there to fix it tomorrow" and it never happens. We have to call about five or six times before someone will come.

I would use specific examples but I have to live here for another 10 months, so I won't. All I can say is that I won't be living here next year. I am sick and tired of this. No one should have to wait two months to have something fixed. And, there shouldn't be 10 things on the maintenance list the day you move in....what a joke.

You are not alone..I share the same experience as you:same response from staff in office,same infinite wait..All is fine until something breaks..either the apartment units are filled with faulty equipment/appliance that keep the maintenance staff so occupied or there's simply no action after a report is made..
