We have lived here for about 9 months. In that time we have had many issues with the office staff and maintainence. Every issue we have they say they will have someone come by first thing in the morning, the next day, without fail, not only does no one come but we don't even get a call. Its fine the first couple if times but after 6-7 times in a row it gets old.

I am writing on behalf of a former tenant of The Cliffs. She was severely burned by scalding hot tap water in July 2007. I am investigating whether The Cliffs' management operated the hot water system responsibly. If you had concerns about the water being too hot, I would appreciate hearing from you.
