The day we moved in the elevators were broken. We had to walk up 3 flights of stairs to move our stuff in. They did not clean or repair anything in the apartment. They proceeded to shampoo the carpets as we moved in. When they could not remove any of the stains, (most of them pet urine stains), they offered to replace the carpeting. In order for that to happen we would be responsible to remove all of our furntiure from the unit and then move it back in. The bathroom was not cleaned at all. Urine stains were still on the toliet and the tub was dirty. Our window was broken and would not shut. They said they would have to order new knobs. 2 1/2 months later, window is still broken. Maintanence finally came by to fix it. He informed us that he tried fixing it before we moved and, and told the mgmt office that it needed a totally new window. Laundry unit is a joke. If a washer or dryer break, tenant is responible for contacting repair company. The coin machine never works. Tenant is also responsible to contact outside company for that too. This complex is a disaster. Do not move here!!

Regarding laundry machines, they have replced the coin machines with the card now. They have even replaced the old machines with the new one

I am writing on behalf of a former tenant of The Cliffs. She was severely burned by scalding hot tap water in July 2007.
