I have lived here for over one year now. I must say that the staff is friendly and help full. The buildings and grounds are clean and well kept. Location is great mall, target, hi ways.
The bad: I have had a problem with mold on the windows and walls that took months to address and was not resolved I guess that I will just continue to spray diluted bleach (I love the smell). The side walls are fairly sound proof considering that I have blasting hip hop to the right. The ceilings and floors are horrible the worst! I have Indian techno beats threw the floor and a screaming stomping failing relationship above me. The utilities are collectively split between building tenets water,sewer,trash,heat.I have a small 1 bedroom and on average I will pay $70 a month and $30 for electricity, when I was told that the utility billing would be around $33 a month. I pay $909 a month for rent and $70 for building utilities, $30 for electricity a total of $1009 I could have gotten something better and will get something better.

I am writing on behalf of a former tenant of The Cliffs. She was severely burned by scalding hot tap water in July 2007.
