I have lived there (Cliffs of Minnetonka) for 2 years and the services are NOT so good and you can get a better apartment outside. They have issues with heating ( they took more than a month to fix heating system during winter time and hot water is also a VERY big problem in most of the buildings, you'll always get cold water. They have compalined so many times but they never responded and we finally quit from there.
Also, the heating bill is based on the squre feet of the house, usually you will get a bill what single family gets.

The same thing happened to us. I used to love waiting at least 10 minutes every morning for the water in the shower to heat up. Funny thing was, I could go to the kitchen any time and get a scalding hot burn from the water in there! Go figure. The staff is the reason most people leave that place. It's embarrassing for them to have only a 15% approval rating and still refer to themselves as "Luxury Apartments."

Glad you have waited for 10 minutes to get hot water, even if i wait for a whole day we don't get hot water, i have been complaining from past 6 straight weeks, NO action has taken, we are thinking to get out of this apartment.
I would suggest NOT TO MOVE into these apartments.

First off, Paula is a complete b@#%* and totally rude. And the only freebies are the bus ride downtown and the garage space. I live in a 1 bedroom and pay $35/month for water, gas and trash. Oh and the $3 processing fee for them to bill me for it. Ridiculous. Maintenence takes forever to fix anything and when they do fix it, be prepared to see them again because it is never done right the first time. The workout room in my building is the size of a large closet, not even big enough to be a bedroom. It's terrible. The centipedes and bugs are terrible, the mold is terrible, the no hot water is terrible. I hate this place and can't wait until my lease is up. Luxury Apartments... what a joke!
