Very expensive and you do not always get what you pay for. Living in Minnetonka, which is an upscale suburb of Minneapolis, you would expect to live in safe apartment s right' Well forget safety if you move into the Waterstone Place Apartments. During the little over a year that I have been here I have spoken with the victims of and seen the damage of the numerous robberies. Criminals break into the garage on an almost nightly basis and the management does not care. One of the resident s cars (an elderly woman) actually had every one of her tires and rims stolen and they put her car up on blocks. All the management did was report the incident to the police and move on with their lives. The parking lot is also fair game for criminals since the only place they put cameras is the garage and that doesn't really help because there are countless videos of criminals wearing masks breaking into cars in the garage. Maybe the management staff likes to watch these videos and laugh at the people paying thousands of dollars a month to live in these slums, but they certainly don't help the police catch anyone. Similar to the other user, I will also stress the road noise is insane. Highway 169 is extremely loud and the trains, which are very frequent, often rock the entire building and we have even had pictures fall off of the wall. Don't buy into the pretty granite countertops or the nice landscaping, this place is a suburban ghetto and the management is all about the money so if you want to feel safe and secure move to an apartment complex where the management cares. Oh and if you don't believe me about all of the robberies, go to the Minnetonka Police Department and ask them about the Waterstone Place Apartments. On a final note, if you can afford $1400 per month you can find much better apartments. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

Sounds a lot like Stratford Wood, except you are paying $400 a month more for the "experience".
