Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
I thought I would enjoy my balcony over the summer, but the roaring train passing by ever-so-often ruined that experience. Not sure what makes this a luxury apartment.
Pros:
-Friendly staff (seems kind of insincere though)
-Nice residents
-Nice fixtures, kitchen, and appliances
Cons:
-Noise from hallway and other apartments at all times.
-No remotes for TV's in exercise room
-Carpet is cheap.
-'Regular' car break-ins in 'secure' parking garage.
-Maintenance staff has entered unit (all units) about every month to do work since I moved in.
-No trash cans.
