I've lived in this complex for a year, and I have nothing but nice things to say. The buildings are well maintained, quiet, attractive, and an excellent value. I heard some complaints from some of the tenents about mice in their apartments, when I first moved in. But nothing since then, I think that the staff took care of this. I live on the third floor, and have had no problems with rodents or insects - which you shouldn't in a complex such as this.

There were some problems with some break-ins - car related, however, the management was quickly on top of this situation, working both with the authorities and residents. It appears that this problem has been corrected - as best as can be, considering human nature.

The grounds are always well maintained, nicely landscaped. The tenents friendly and respetful, the staff, top notch.

You are minutes from great shopping, dining, dancing, trails, parks, and the lakes and downtown... A great location.

It has been a great experience living at Windsor Regency, the best apartment living I've experienced. Highly recommended.
