Great Place to live

I lived here in a third floor apartment for 2 years and was quite happy with it.

Parking- You get one underground spot, plus there's also open air lot parking. The underground parking has a key card security system. It's pretty well lit and has a decent amount of space for your car.

Noise- Never heard neighbors and I was in between two apartments. I was in the back facing the trail/wildlife area, (the complex backs up to a Minnetonka nature trail system), so steet noise was never a problem either. The complex itself is located only a mile or so from I-394 and I-494, making it extremely convient, however there was never any highway noise and the complex is also set a good distance from the main road it is off of.

Grounds- They had a landscaping crew working for at least two weeks doing spring landscaping. They also sweep out the underground garages after winter to get rid of the sand and salt. It also backs up to a well maintained trail system.

Safety-Key card access to get into the garage and hallways. Never had any problems. There was a car or two broken into one night, but they put up notices explaining what happened, to lock you car doors, etc. I believe it was a one time deal. Crime in Minnetonka and the immediate suburbs is very low and there's rarely any incidents.

Construction-They repainted the outside of the apartments and re-surfaced the parking lots and driveways while I was there. They did it with plenty of notice to the residents, and the work sites were cleaned up before the workers left for the night while they were doing the projects.

Maintenance-Never had any reason to call them.

Office Staff-Very friendly, they know virtually all of the residents on a first name basis. They hold packages, have get togeathers scheduled, and can answer any questions. When I told them I was going to need to break my lease, one of the office people pointed out that it would be cheaper just to let it expire. It saved me several hundred dollars at least. That kind of honesty and interest in the residents is hard to find in many apartment complexes today.

Overall, this is one of the best places i've lived and would definately reccomend it to anyone.
