Very unsafe after office hours

I am a resident here and I am very frustrated of the management policy especially for parking after office hours. My parking spot in the heated garage was taken a few times with a stranger. It is very disappointing that I have to give up my parking spot in a heated garage and park my car outside in the snow overnight. And it is very frustrating that the management office can not do anything about it and not even compensate for this. The person who stole my parking spot seems like probably a theft that try to get access into the apartment via the garage.
Be careful future residents! It is very unfortunate to me and hopefully it won't happen to you!
