I have been staying here since 2006 and my experience is absolutely unsatisfactory; specifically starting mid 2007. Here are the reasons:
Responses for maintenance are very poor.
Management staffs are not professional except a gentleman called Josh who is very nice and really a helpful guy.
I am very frustrated of the management policy especially for utility billing. You don t have individually meter for heat and water. You are billed every month by the management and there is lack of clarity. Management provides some information to justify their charges but for tenants there is no way to verify the validity. And obviously the utility bill is too high.
Apartment looks good apparently but the insulation is not good, almost all windows and doors have air leakage space. When reported to the management several times they responded after 3 weeks and said this is an old building and we can t help it you may need to purchase weather striping .
Apartment inside fixtures are very old and not made of good quality materials.
Outside maintenance was good in the 2006 but it has been very poor since 2007.
Apartment manager prior to Lisa was very rude; I forgot her name. I spoke to Lisa once and didn t find professionalism in her.
Maintenance staffs are very good and professional, specifically Dave and Aaron, however maintenance response from management office is not good.

Rent is very high compared to the facility provided; I would definitely not recommend anyone to rent here.
