I have lived here for only 2 years I must say Regency Woods has lacked in quality and professionalism. I will give you the run down, office staff are kinda rude and the manager(Jessica) never returns phone calls and she seems very unprofessional and rude.very very very dated units 80s, cabinets are kinda nasty grease stains and etc.. The original staff seems to quite one after another. Josh,Casey,Christina and Lisa have left with in the year now the property seems worse! It was nice 2 years ago when I first moved in. There seems to be more break ins this year than last I have counted 6, last year there was only 2. Parking is crazy here there is none.On the good side the pool is nice and the new deck is a plus, your work request seem to get done in a few days I hope this stays the same now that things are slipping I am sure this will be next. Sauna, nope doesn't work. Dogs piss in the hallways ooh that smells nice and inviting. Oh yes, and I almost forgot the appliances there from 1982 this is nice old and yucky sometimes I am scared to wash cloths it might flood the place. Well that is about it for Regency Woods I found another apartment complex 6 blocks away renovated and stainless steel appliances for 55.00 more a month. well, you guessed it I am moving!!
