I'm very living here at Regency Woods. I'd be happy living here the rest of my life. Between the office staff and the maintenance team, all the problems of typical house-owning is taken care of. The staff is very nice and makes sure everything gets taken care of in a timely manner. They treat me like family. the staff takes pride in their place and does what they can to make sure the individuals living here are happy.

Here's what I think on the following things if you are looking to rent here:
Parking 1 parking spot inside (per apartment, I believe) You can fit a good sized truck in the door.

Noise serioulsy, it's an apartment people. Compared to other apartments I've lived in in the twin cities, this place is very quiet. Sure, sometimes you may hear music, people walking, or having a domestic but very seldomly after the quiet hours (10pm).

Grounds well kept. watch out for the resident geese that live by the pond though, things can get slippery. Things are picked up and kept nice pretty well. Pet building can be a little trechorous in the grass area...

Safety I have walked in the garage by myself and felt completely safe. Never had a problem with my car outisde either

Maintenance and Staff like I said above, things are taken care of fast. They treat me like family, they know me by first name and it's perfect.
