My co-worker recently told me about this website and when I looked up Regency I was shocked. I thought this would be one of the highest rated places on here. I am so upset by what some people are writing. This place is so nice and it's idiots like you that ruin it for others. Just because you have had a bad experience doesn't mean the rest of us have. And if it's so terrible then why are you still here'

I have been here for 4 years and love it. My apartment is awesome, has a wood burning fireplace, vaulted ceilings and new cabinets. The grounds are as beautiful and it's right by the bus line that I take downtown to work. I guess if you had more than two cars it might be a little tough to park, but for my husband and I it's just fine. The office people are super friendly and maintenance really knows their stuff.

I will probably be living here until I buy a house in a couple years. I would recommend it to anyone. Don't listen to the negative comments that people write. If the apartments are so "crappy and outdated" then why did you rent here in the first place' Maybe you're the stupid one! It's jerks like you that ruin things for the rest of us. All my neighbors love it here and I do too!!!
