I've been living here for a year and I can safely say that this place is really, really good. I would give it a two thumbs up-it's a luxury apartment with a fantastic layout. Some of the other reviews that say NO to this apartment complex are a little unreasonable. I would recommend looking at Regency Woods for yourself before making any judgements! From my experience, it's a really good apartment complex-the best in Minnetonka. The location is PRIME and they have very good amenities like an indoor heated swimming pool, party room and (very important to me)the staff really listens! Emily, Jessica and Jennifer have been very polite with any questions or concerns I may have had. They're GREAT!

The maintenance staff is very prompt and they double check to see if the work has been satisfactorily done or not. It's a great place to live and the community generally consists of a lot of well to do people-young and old.

I'm really happy here right now and would recommend Regency to my friends and family!

DO NOT RENT HERE, THIS REVIEW WITH 5 RATINGS SOUNDS LIKE A COMMERCIAL ADVERTISEMENT (ARE YOU TRYING TO GET COMMISSION?!?) ONCE YOU SIGN A LEASE FOR A YEAR JUST BE PREPARED TO BE RIPPED OFF! THE STAFF REALLY LISTENS?!! LISTEN TO WHAT!? BULLSH*T?! IT PROBABLY TRUE THAT THE STAFF REALLY LISTEN, BECOZ THEY HAVE EARS, DON'T THEY. BUT ARE THEY REALLY TAKING ACTION? ONCE YOU COMPLAINED THAT YOUR PARKING SPACE GOT STOLEN, WHAT DID THE STAFF DO?? YES, THEY ONLY LISTEN! ALSO, WHY DO THEY CHARGE YOUR UTILITIES BILL 2 MONTHS LATER?
