I have been living at Regency with my girlfriend now for almost 2 years. I have to say I love having features like washer/dryer and central air. For whatever reason I hate side A/C units. We are both recent college grads and I feel like it is a great place to be. The maintenance staff is awesome and does a great job whatever time or day it is. I love the keyless entry too. I have never had any issues with the staff, if I have I go straight to them instead of b*$%h online like some. The only reason for the post is to give readers out there the real deal on Regency.

The only complaints I have/had is the rent going up some from what was originally signed for. (Renewing the lease) The fitness center is ok, I make it work with what I have. The Culligan water is frequently out but hey it's a workout center. The locker rooms are great as with the tennis courts. I love the location to everything but at the same time having it be quiet and not being able to hear the freeway.

All in all I would never hesitate moving in here, you will enjoy it :)
