The last review that was positive is written by the manager. She is pissed that no one likes her and everyone bad mouths the woodlands. This place has gone to hell since Betty Jo took over. I go to the office to speak with her and she doesnt even know who I am. Im not sure who she thinks is so friendly and professional, everytime I call there I get snotty remarks and dumb comments. PLEASE PLEASE DONT LIVE HERE. They are so fake, and what you see on the outside is not what you get on the inside.
