My family has lived in six other apartment complexes! We have never experienced the personal touches the management team put forth for our comfort. Our apartment had new carpet, new light fixtures, new faucets, and updated appliances. And that's not all! Throughout the apartment were little things such as: hand soap and a box of tissue by each sink, bars of soap in the tub, toilet tissue wrapped in ribbon :)a container of dish soap as well as dish washer tabs, a roll of paper towels, and bottled water in the fridge. It was just fantastic!

Since then, we have had an excellent rapport with Suzanne and Jhamel, our manager and assistant manager.

You must have been easily "conned" by the gifts which were placed in your unit, it is pretty easy to go to the Dollar Store and buy a few "extras" to make up for the lack of true professionalism, dedication to the renters and overall good customer service. Now that it is nearly July do you still feel this way - and by the way, Where is Jhemel? perhaps the same place that Kai is hm isn't that interesting??? Why can't anyone work with Suzanne?

I'm still as happy as I was when I moved in. I've spoken to Suzanne and she has been responsive. Furthermore, she had a situation she needed to address with us, and she was gracious. The two incidents requiring attention in my residence were resolved within 24 hours. It's odd we've had such differing experiences. As for the Dollar Store extras you mocked-no other apartment manager has ever done this, and I've lived in quite a number of apartments. Reguardless of cost, time and effort were put into the welcome. Good luck on your next home. I hope you have a better experience.
