This property has gone downhill severely since Suzanne has come to the property - she has made this beautiful complex and very awkward place to live, she is rude, unprofessional and her behavior is demeaning and condescending. She has driven more employees and residents away from The Woodlands then a person can even count. She has spent money on creating a DISNEYLAND entrance when she should be focused on the repair of the units and properties - we have the same moldy and urine infested ceiling since January, we have major plumbing issues in our unit, and the list goes on and she has yet to address the problem, when she is approached about anything she indicates that an "appointment" must be made, when you call to make an appointment no calls are returned. She also lies about the facts related to conversations regarding leases, rent paid etc, she falsifies the facts and personally I believe that she is a racist. Why does she constantly have the door locked and the closed sign on the office, none of the other management personnel have done this, is she afraid of the residents she has rented to' Why are there so many police visits since she has taken on the management role' Pinnacle should wake up and realize that they have made a terrible mistake in having this person as thier on-site manager- SpongeBob could do a better job then Suzanne Gordon. The last place she belongs is a position where she has to deal with the public.

It seems like Suzanne is an extremely poor property manager. Maybe someone should go Pinnicle (the Management company) and discuss this issue with them so no other properties are forced to deal with Suzanne.
